Return PolicyNO refunds or exchanges on any pre-ordered items. NO refunds or exchanges on discounted or sale items . Upon Any Purchase from our New, Women's, Men's, and Children's Collection's please note we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All Sales are final. ShippingAt this time, we are accepting orders from residents that live in the U.S.A. and international countries. The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is calculated at checkout alongside any handling fees that may be associated. Orders outside of the USA are shipped via DHL, USPS or UPS. We do not cover any GST, HST, Duty and Brokerage. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. We offer complimentary delivery for any order over $30. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-14 business days for delivery. Large bags, shoes and accessories may ship separately. Please note that if your items are shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking number emails. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Sales TaxSales Tax is charged to those e-commerce sales shipped within the United States where required by law. When an order is submitted, an estimated tax amount will post to your account. The exact tax rate for your order will be calculated according to applicable rates and rules for your local tax jurisdiction and will be reflected once final payment is settled. E-commerce sales being shipped to Canada are also charged sales tax. The Canadian Surcharge covers all Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Duty and Brokerage. Canadian customers will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. Shipping is also taxed. E-commerce sales being shipped to Mexico are also charged sales tax.

OverviewCustomer initiates a chargeback and/or merchant dispute with their issuing bank for the product/s they have received and in fact owe payment for, and the Customer is successful in recovering the disputed funds that would otherwise be owed to the Business, the Business will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that the Customer did receive any and all products, including this policy. Further, the Business reserves the right to issue an invoice/send a bill to Customer for any and all products that Business has sold and delivered to Customer. Customer hereby agrees to pay the invoice in full/bill in full if in the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated.
